Responsibilities

  • Systematically update data related to daily flight inspections and component changes. 
  • Communicate effectively and respond to requests from different bases, departments and technicians. 
  • Actively participate in the organization of aircraft technical reports. 
  • Conduct daily audits of technical records, work orders, and related data to ensure accuracy and identify any errors or omissions. 
  • Rigorously archive all documentation related to aircraft, engines and components. 

Required skills

  • You have a minimum of two years of practical experience in database management and technical data analysis. 
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are passionate about working with data. 
  • You have a perfect command of computer tools (Word, Excel, MS Outlook). 
  • You are perfectly bilingual (French-English) to navigate the technical systems easily. 
  • You ideally have aviation experience and knowledge of the RAAS computerized system (an asset). 
  • You adapt easily to changing priorities and have excellent organizational skills, always focused on precision. 
  • Your natural curiosity and autonomy motivate you to constantly improve.
